Our plants are only available for collection and delivery in the Townsville area.
Customers are able to collect their orders from our shop at 120A Charters Towers Road, Hermit Park, Townsville. Collection is available within our trading hours, unless otherwise organised.
Local Delivery is only available in the Townsville QLD area. Delivery for local Townsville 4810 customers is $15. For deliveries to other postcodes in the Townsville area, please contact us for a price.
Standard Australia Post shipping rates apply for all other orders.
Return and Exchange Policy
We are happy to refund and exchange on all items.
Gift Vouchers, plants, sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.
We check all items before sending, if the item is faulty we will cover postage, please provide photo to mobile 0438 714 678, otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We recommend you keep your tracking information for your returned item.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size. We understand with clothing you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with an exchange.
Garments are to be returned within 7 days, new, unused and with all tags still attached. If the garment is not in a saleable condition it will be returned to the customer.
Earrings are unable to be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
